Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Nicholas Anthony Bourne, Christopher Dearmer Nichols, Robert William Sykes, Colin David Carnegy, Robert Henry Stallibrass Hiscocks, Richard Paul Le Masurier, James Saunders Welsh, Timothy John Crarer and John Mark Lello carrying on business as Solicitors under the firm name of PARKER BULLEN has been dissolved as from 1st May 1998, so far as Colin David Carnegy is concerned who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the above firm will be received and paid respectively by Nicholas Anthony Bourne, Christopher Dearmer Nichols, Robert William Sykes, Robert Henry Stallibrass Hiscocks, Richard Paul Le Masurier, James Saunders Welsh, Timothy John Crarer and John Mark Lello who will continue to carry on the said business under the firm name of Parker Bullen.
