Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that on 15th July 1998, I, Lynn Gibson, was appointed Joint Liquidator of the above-named Company which is in Creditors’ voluntarily winding-up, by the Company and by the Creditors of the Company.
