A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator at Salisbury House, Station Road, Cambridge CB1 2LA, on 24th August 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of receiving an account of the conduct of the winding-up, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and approving the Liquidator’s remuneration of £1,030 plus VAT, based on time costs properly incurred, and determining whether the Liquidator shall have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
