At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 7 Devonshire Square, Cutlers Gardens, London EC2M 4YH, on 13th July 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Malcolm Cohen, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 8 Baker Street, London W1M 1DA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” A.
