At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the above-named Company, held at Aquis House, Clasketgate, Lincoln LN2 1JN, on 6th July 1998, the following Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily as a Members Voluntary Liquidation, and that Derek Edward Ely, of Neville Russell, Aquis House, Clasketgate, Lincoln LN2 1JN, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the winding-up.” N.
