A combined Final General Meeting of Creditors of the Partnership and of its Members has been summoned by the responsible Insolvency Practitioner, under part 4 of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994, at Neville Russell, Oxford House, 2 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BE, on 20th August 1998, at 11 a.m, for the purpose of receiving the responsible Insolvency Practitioner’s report of the winding-up of the Insolvent Partnership and of the administration of the estates of the individual Members, showing how the various administrations have been conducted, the Partnership and debtor’s property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the responsible Insolvency Practitioner, and determining whether the responsible Insolvency Practitioner should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Proxy forms must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on the day before the Meeting to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a complete proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
