Gainsford, a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of Simmons Gainsford, 7-10 Chandos Street, London W1M 9DE, was appointed Liquidator of the above Company by the Members and Creditors on 9th July 1998. All debts and claims should be sent to me at the above address by 14th August 1998. All Creditors who have not already done so are invited to prove their claims in writing to me.
