A list of the names and addresses of Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Morison Stoneham, Moriston House, 75 Springfield Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 6JB, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the two business days preceding the Meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of Morison Stoneham, for the attention of Duncan Robert Beat, no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the Meeting. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a Creditor will not be entitled to vote unless his proof has been lodged and admitted for voting purposes.
