NEGIONS LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of B. N. Jackson Norton, The Old Grammar School, School Gardens, Castle Gates, Shrewsbury SY1 2AJ, on Wednesday, 29th July 1998, at 3.30 p.m. for the purposes provided for in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Resolutions may also be proposed relating to the expense of convening the Meeting and the preparation of the satement of affairs, the basis of the Liquidators remuneration and what powers should be given to the Liquidator. The licensed Insolvency Practitioner appointed to provide information to Creditors is Rodney Broadwood Kilvert, of B. N. Jackson Norton, The Old Grammar School, School Gardens, Castle Gates, Shrewsbury SY1 2AJ, and he will prior to the day on which the Meeting is to be held, furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at the registered office of the Company at B. N. Jackson Norton, The Old Grammar School, School Gardens, Castle Gates, Shrewsbury SY1 2AJ, on Tuesday, 28th July 1998, not later than 12 noon. For the purposes of voting, a secured Creditor is required (unless he surrenders his security) to lodge at the registered office, before the Meeting, a statement giving particulars of his security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed.     By Order of the Board.
