In the Plymouth County Court No. 11 of 1998In the Matter of B & B DECORATORS (the Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership, whose principal place of business was at 33 Enterprise House, Somerset Place, Stoke, Plymouth PL3 4BB, and the nature of whose business was Decorating, presented on 11th May 1998 by Giles Richard Frampton, of Richard J. Smith & Co., 53 Fore Street, Ivybridge, Devon PL21 9AE, the Supervisor of the voluntary arrangement of Christopher Jelley, who was a Member of the Partnership, will be heard at Plymouth County Court, Armada Way, Plymouth, on Wednesday, 5th August 1998, at 10.15 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or his Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, by 1600 hours on 4th August 1998.
