A Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned under section 146 of the Insolvency Act for the purpose of having an account laid before the Creditors showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. The Meeting will be held at Stonecutter Court, 1 Stonecutter Street, London EC4A 4TR, on 9th August 1998, at 11 a.m. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his or her behalf. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company.
