ALLPORT ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at The Royal Scot Hotel, Kings Cross Road, London WC1X 90T, on Tuesday, 21st July 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of having a full statement of the position of the Company’s affairs, together with a list of Creditors of the Company and the estimated amount of their claims laid before them, and for the purpose, if thought fit, of nominating a Liquidator (or Liquidators) and of appointing a Liquidation Committee. Resolutions to be taken at the Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator/s is/are to be remunerated and the Meeting may receive information about or be called upon to approve the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting. To be entitled to vote, Creditors must lodge a full statement of account and, unless claiming personally, they must also submit a proxy which must be lodged, not later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the Meeting, at 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2EN. Unless they surrender their security, secured Creditors, if they wish to vote at the Meeting, must also lodge full details of their security and its assessed value. Notice is also given, pursuant to section 98(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Colin George Wiseman and Peter Anthony Lawrence, of Moore Stephens Booth White, 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2EN, are qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioners in relation to the above Company and will furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the above Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.     By Order of the Board.
