Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at KPMG, 6 Lower Brook Street, Ipswich IP4 1AP, on 6th August 1998, at 10.30 a.m., and will be followed by a Meeting of Creditors at 10.45 a.m. The Meetings are held for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the appropriate Meeting may appoint another person as his proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor.
