A Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Trustee under section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Trustee’s report of his administration of the Bankrupt’s estate, that the Trustee’s remuneration be based on time spent by him and his staff in dealing with the administration of the estate in Bankruptcy, and determining whether the Trustee should have his release under section 299 of the said Act. The Meeting will be held at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on 28th July 1998 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
