Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Maxdov House 337-341 Chapel Street, Salford, Manchester M3 5JY, on 17th August 1998, at 11.30 a.m., for the purpose of laying before the Meeting the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account, to show how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and to consider the following Resolutions; that the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account be approved, that the Liquidator be released from office and that the books and records of the Company be destroyed at the end of 12 months from the date of dissolution. Any proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at Maxdov House, 337-341 Chapel Street, Salford, Manchester M3 5JY, by 12 noon on the 14th August 1998. D. J. Whitehouse, Liquidator 9th July 1998.
