Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of E. Mary Grove & Co., White Lodge, 50 Ledbury Road, Hereford HR1 2SY, on Friday, 7th August 1998, at 2.30 p.m. and 3 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings showing the manner in which the Liquidation of the Company has been conducted to date and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
