A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Weston Kay, 73-75 Mortimer Street, London W1N 7TB, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. respectively on 28th and 29th July 1998. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of Weston Kay, 73-75 Mortimer Street, London W1N 7TB, no later than 12 noon on 29th July 1998. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a Creditor will not be entitled to vote unless his proof has been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. Whilst proofs may be lodged at any time before voting commences. Creditors intending to vote at the Meeting are requested to send them with their proxies.
