In the Southampton County Court No. 727 of 1998In the Matter of KINGSLEY TRANSPORT SERVICES LIMITED (in Administrative Receivership) and (in a Company Voluntary Arrangement) and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of The House in the Wood, Bartley, Southampton SO4 2NA, presented on 28th April 1998 by Mark Ashley Saul and Jeremy Bedell Carter, of Phillip James PLC, Chancery House, PO Box 167, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, claiming to be Supervisors of the Company in a Company Voluntary Arrangement, will be heard at Southampton County Court, on the first open date after 6th October 1998.   Any person intending to object at the hearing of the Petition to the appointment of the Petitioning Supervisors as Liquidators of the Company, must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or their Solicitor by 1600 hours on 28th July 1998.
