In the High Court of Justice (In Bankruptcy) No. 2258 of 1998In the Matter of MAFIA & FLUXY PRODUCTIONS (the Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership whose principal place of business is 112 a and b Westbourne Grove, Chepstow Road, Bloomsbury, Greater London W2 5RU, presented on 17th April 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at London Central VAT Office, 2nd Floor, Thomas Paine House, Angel Square, London EC1V 1TA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 15th July 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994, by 1600 hours on 14th July 1998.
