DESIGN 2000 (KENT) LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of Design 2000 (Kent) Limited, will be held at The Congress Center, Congress House, 23-28 Great Russell Street, London WC1B 3LS, on Monday, 20th July 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purposes provided for in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at Cecil House, 52 St. Andrew Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG14 1JA, on the two business days preceding the Meeting between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. The Meeting may be required to consider a Resolution agreeing the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration.
