Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Albert Goodman, Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW, on Friday, 4th September 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.30 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company, for the purposes of having an account laid before the Members and Creditors showing the manner in which the Liquidation has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
