In the High Court of Justice  No. 1525 of 1997 HI-LIGHT UPHOLSTERY LTD

A Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the Liquidator’s report, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the said Act. The Meeting will be held at 36 North Parade, Bradford, on Friday, 31st July 1998, at 11 a.m. R. S. Claughton, Liquidator 3rd July 1998.
