Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Final Meeting of Members and Creditors will be held at 5-7 Grosvenor Court, Foregate Street, Chester CH1 1HG, on Wednesday, 5th August 1998, at 11 a.m. and 12 noon respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and of receiving a report by me as Liquidator, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by me. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. K. L.
