On 3rd July 1998, the above Companies were placed into Members’ voluntary liquidation and Ian Best and Roy Bailey, of Arthur Andersen, 1 Victoria Square, Birmingham B1 1BD, were appointed Joint Liquidators by the Members. The Joint Liquidators give notice, pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Creditors of the Companies must send details, in writing, of any claim against the Companies to Ian Best, Arthur Andersen, 1 Victoria Square, Birmingham B1 1BD, by 28th July 1998. The Joint Liquidators also give notice, under the provision of Rule 4.182A(6), that on 31st July 1998, they intend to make a final return to Creditors who have submitted claims by 28th July 1998, and that there will be no further distribution to Creditors. The final return to Creditors will be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not already proved. The Companies are able to pay all of their known Creditors in full. I.
