At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Baker Tilly, Carlton House, Grammar School Street, Bradford BD1 4NS, the following Resolution was duly passed, as a Special Resolution:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, following the swearing of a declaration of solvency and that Robert Henry Barker and Richard Paul Rendle, of Baker Tilly, Carlton House, Grammar School Street, Bradford BD1 4NS, be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up”.
