Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Johnson Tidsall, 81 Burton Road, Derby, on 14th August 1998, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.30 a.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, to give approval for the disposal of the Company’s books and records fifteen months after the date of the Meeting, and to confirm the drawing of the Liquidator’s fees during the course of the Liquidation. Proxies to be used at these Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator, at Johnson Tidsall, not later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the Meeting.
