Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at Norwich House, 1-2 Gold Tops, Newport, South Wales NP9 4PG, on 5th August 1998, at 1.45 p.m. and 2 p.m. respectively, for the purposes mentioned in section 146 of the said Act, i.e. receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the said Act. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at Norwich House, 1-2 Gold Tops, Newport, South Wales NP9 4PG, no later than 4th August 1998. R. H. Purnell, Liquidator 3rd July 1998.
