At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at Grant Thornton, 30 Hounds Gate, Nottingham NG1 7DH, on 26th June 1998, at 11.10 a.m., the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ronald S. Harding, of Grant Thornton, 30 Hounds Gate, Nottingham NG1 7DH, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” D.
