Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Contributories and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BDO Stoy Hayward, Willoughby House, 439 Richmond Road, near Richmond Bridge, Middlesex TW1 2HA, on Friday, 14th August 1998, at 11.30 a.m. and 12 noon respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
