Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, on Thursday, 6th August 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.15 a.m. by a General Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
