STORM COLOUR LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Forte Post House, Purley Way, Croydon, Surrey, on 22nd July 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at the offices of Neville Eckley, Alexandra House, 10 Alexandra Street, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 1BU, not later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meeting. A statement of claim must also be lodged before the Meeting. A secured Creditor is entitled to vote only in respect of the balance (if any) of his debt after deducting the value of his security as estimated by him.
