RICHARD EASTMOND LIMITED(t/a Eastmond Drug Store)Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Sinclair Silverman, Roman House, 296 Golders Green Road, London NW11 9PT, on Friday, 17th July 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act, viz: to have laid before it a statement as to the affairs of the Company; to nominate one or more insolvency practitioners as Liquidator or Liquidators; and if thought fit, to establish a Liquidation Committee. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of Sinclair Silverman, Roman House, 296 Golders Green Road, London NW11 9PT on the two days prior to the Meeting between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person), lodge their proxies at the aforesaid offices of Sinclair Silverman, no later than 12 noon on Thursday, 16th July 1998. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a Creditor will not be entitled to vote unless his proof has been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. A proof may be lodged by submitting a written statement of claim clearly setting out the name and address of the Creditor and the amount claimed. Whilst proofs may be lodged at any time before voting commences, Creditors intending to vote at the Meeting are requested to send them with their proxies. Unless they surrender their security, secured Creditors must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the Meeting.     By Order of the Board. R.
