Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Elliot, Woolfe & Rose, Premier House, 112 Station Road, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 7TT, on Friday, 7th August 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
