Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of E. Mary Grove & Co., White Lodge, 50 Ledbury Road, Hereford HR1 2SY, on Friday, 7th August 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of receiving an account of the conduct of the winding-up, and approving that the Liquidator be authorised to draw fees on account of time costs charged, and approving that the Liquidator be released under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
