Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, on 31st July 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Members entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting are entitled to appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote on their behalf. Proxies are not required to be Members of the Company. M. C.
