Steel, (the Partnership) whose principal place of business is 59 Landsdowne Place, Hove, East Sussex BN3 1FL, presented on 14th May 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at London VAT Office, 2nd Floor, Thomas Paine House, Angel Square, London EC1V 1TA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 22nd July 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994, by 1600 hours on 21st July 1998.
