Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the office of Arthur Andersen, Bank House, 9 Charlotte Street, Manchester M1 4EU, on 31st July 1998, at 10 a.m., to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidators and to request permission to cease to act.
