Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 46(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that H. C. Brunt and P. H. Allen, of Kidsons Impey, Bank House, 8 Cherry Street, Birmingham B2 5AD, were appointed as Joint Administrative Receivers of the above Company on 25th June 1998 by Midland Bank plc, under the terms of a debenture dated 21st May 1990, conferring fixed and floating charges over the whole of the assets of the Company.
