Notice is hereby given that the Final General Meeting of the above-named Company, called under the provisions of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, will be held at John Mears & Co., 57 Grosvenor Street, London W1A 9DA, on Friday, 7th August 1998, at 11.45 a.m. The Meeting called to receive an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and to hear any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator, and to authorise the destruction of the Company’s records.
