In the High Court of Justice.  Companies Court No. 2900 of 1998In the Matter of THE GRAPEVINE (the Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up The Grapevine (the Partnership), whose principal place of business is 318 Kilburn High Road, Greater London NW6 2QL, presented on 20th May 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at London Central VAT office, 2nd Floor, Thomas Paine House, Angel Square, London EC1V 1TA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 8th August 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 7th August 1998.
