Notice is hereby given that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends to make a First and Final Distribution to the Creditors. Creditors who wish to participate in the distribution must submit full details of their claims and their names and addresses to D. S. M. Edwards, the Liquidator, at Aaron & Partners, Grosvenor Court, Foregate Street, Chester CH1 1HG, on or before 11th August 1998. A Creditor who has not submitted a claim by 11th August 1998 is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the intended distribution.
