Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final Meeting of the Members of the above Company will be held at Levy Gee, 7th Floor, Wettern House, 56 Dingwall Road, Croydon CR0 0XH, on 7th August 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and of giving any explanation of it.
