OAKHAMMER LIMITEDNotice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Members of Oakhammer Limited will be held at First Floor, 16-17 Boundary Road, Hove BN3 4EF, on 4th August 1998, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.15 a.m. on the same day by a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the final year and give any explanation that he may consider necessary.
