In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Liverpool District Registry.  No. 631 of 1998In the Matter of KEEP CASTLE LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 9 Whinbush Groves, Hitchin, Hertfordshire S95 1PT, presented on 4th June 1998 by HM Customs and Excise Canterbury, of Clarkson House, Rhodaus Town, Canterbury CT1 2RR, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts, Derby Square, Liverpool, on Monday, 27th July 1998, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Friday, 24th July 1998.
