Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of Members and a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson, Onslow Bridge Chambers, Bridge Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4RA, on 31st July 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place.
