A HALL REINFORCEMENTS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young, 2-6 North Church Street, Sheffield S1 2DH, on Wednesday, 8th July 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purposes provided for in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Creditors should lodge particulars of their claims for voting purposes, at the offices of Ernst & Young, PO Box 61, Cloth Hall Court, 14 King Street, Leeds LS1 2JN, before the Meeting. Secured Creditors (unless they surrender their security) should also include a statement giving details of their security, the date on which it was given, and the value at which it is assessed. Any Creditor entitled to attend and vote at this Meeting, is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Completed proxy forms must be lodged with Ernst & Young, PO Box 61, Cloth Hall Court, 14 King Street, Leeds LS1 2JN, not later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meeting. A list of names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of Ernst & Young, Cloth Hall Court, 14 King Street, Leeds LS1 2JN, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., on the two business days preceding the Meeting.
