A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up and giving an explanation of it. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly, The Clock House, 140 London Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1UW, on 5th August 1998, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.15 a.m. by a Meeting of Creditors.
