Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Revell Ward Horton, Norwich Union House, 26 High Street, Huddersfield HD1 2LN, on Thursday, 30th July 1998, at 10.30 a.m. precisely, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the Liquidator’s report, showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also determining by Extraordinary Resolution, the manner in which the books, accounts, papers and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator, shall be disposed of. Any Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her, and such proxy need not also be a Member. A. H. Wilkinson, Liquidator 25th June 1998.
