In accordance with Rule 4.106(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, take notice that I, Freddy Khalastchi, of Harris Lipman, 2 Mountview Court, 310 Friern Barnet Lane, Whetstone, London N20 0YZ, has been appointed Liquidaor by the Creditors as of 21st May 1998. Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company, who have not submitted a proof of debt to the Official Receiver, are required, on and before 7th August 1998, to send in their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned, Freddy Khalastchi, of Harris Lipman, 2 Mountview Court, 310 Friern Barnet Lane, Whetstone, London N20 0YZ, Liquidator of the Company, and if so required by notice in writing by the said Liquidator either personally or by their Solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proven.
