Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, 1st Floor, Royal Liver Building Liverpool L3 1PS, on Wednesday, 8th July 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purposes provided for in sections 100 and 101 of the Act.
